The Turkish Armed Forces has announced that as part of the Euphrates Shield operation, two Free Syrian Army (FSA) soldiers were martyred and one soldier was wounded.
As part of the operation, 13 Daesh terrorists were neutralized and 158 Daesh targets were destroyed.
Among the Daesh targets were shelters, defense positions, command and control buildings, weapons and vehicles. Targets were destroyed using artillery.
The clash placed pressure on a weapons barrack, preventing the Turkish Armed Forces from advancing.
Launched on August 24, the Euphrates Shield operation is continuing to push forward to ensure the safety of civilians in the area.
Since the launch of the operation, 2,387 handmade explosives and 42 mines have been neutralized.
