Decree Law No. 668 – Education

Decree Law No. 668 concerned the recruitment of contracted teachers shall be made in accordance with the Public Personnel Selection Examination (KPSS) scores of candidates who possess the requisite general qualifications and special conditions for teachers. Teaching candidates shall be assigned in accordance with their scores from the oral examination held by the National Education Ministry. Up to three candidates shall take the oral exam for each vacant position. Contracted teachers shall not be assigned somewhere else for four years and the spouses of employed teachers shall be contingent on them.
