A Russian military trainer aircraft on Saturday crashed in the Azov Sea, killing two pilots, the country’s Defense Ministry said.
The incident happened when the L-39 trainer jet was carrying out an exercise flight, the ministry said in a statement.
A technical malfunction has been named as a possible cause of accident.
