David Silva renews contract with Manchester City
Spanish attacking midfielder extends contract at the club until 2019
English Premier League's reigning champions Manchester City on Tuesday signed their Spanish star David Silva for another 5 years.
According to a statement made on the club's website, Silva signed a new deal keeping him at the club until 2019.
Speaking after the signing ceremony, the 28-year-old expressed pleasure at playing for the club.
Manchester City's Spanish international Silva had been purchased from Spanish La Liga's Valencia for £24 million in 2010.
