If the October 6-8 Slaughter didn’t happen, then the PKK base would have been protesting the “international conspiracy” on the anniversary of October 9, 1998, which is the date of Öcalan being extracted from Syria. If the October 6-8 Slaughter didn’t happen, then the PKK base would have been protesting the “international conspiracy” on the anniversary of October 9, 1998, which is the date of Öcalan being extracted from Syria. And they would be protesting against the countries that played a role in this, the USA and Israel being in the first place.

Instead of this, the PKK base, as if they are bringing the 1990s back to the region, had targeted a segment, which they assumed to be close to Hezbollah, and committed murders and attempted looting and pillaging. On October 9, the incidents tended to come to a halt, however, this time not many people remembered the “international conspiracy”.

During the meeting between Öcalan and his advocate, while Demirtaş and the committee with him were holding talks in the USA, the international connections of ISIL, which Öcalan qualifies as an “Israel Project”, were not mentioned. Despite everything, Turkey’s rulership, which had opened its arms to the citizens of Kobane, permitted injured YPG members to be treated in hospitals, and is the executive of the peace process, had been accused of being an “ISIL supporter”. Weeks after that, even some marginal people, who were shouting “Biji Serok Obama!” slogans (meaning “Long live Obama!”) while the peshmerga were passing through the corridor leading to Kobane upon the permit of Turkey, had become evident.

During an interview, KCK co-Chairman, Cemil Bayık, had said, “Today PKK is designating the process in the Middle East. No power can disregard this fact; the USA also sees this”, and thus accepted the Qandil-Washington alliance. And by stating, “Let USA be the observer in the Resolution Process”, he most likely was conducting a duty that is a necessity of the alliance.

In an interview she had given to the “America’s Voice” radio, HDP’s Van Parliamentarian Aysel Tuğluk was also declaring that the Resolution Process had come to an end; “Actually we can say that the Resolution Process had ended. However, there is a conflict in who should declare this. It’s as if the government had already ended it, but they want us to make the declaration of this”. Tuğluk was also adding that the disarmament is a dream. Tuğluk, consecutive to her statements, was also sharing a letter from Kadri Gürsel from her official account on Twitter. This following sentence from Gürsel’s letter, and Tuğluk’s sharing of this letter-- maybe because of this sentence -- was remarkable; “As USA is returning to the region with the Qandil alliance, the İmralı (Öcalan) axis is losing power.”

The day following this sharing, thanks to MITT Undersecretary Hakan Fidan’s mediation and his shuttle diplomacy between the sides, it was understood that a “higher mind” might come out of the higher mind. In a press conference, the HDP committee, which went to İmralı, had declared that there is a mutual declaration of intent at the point of establishing the negotiation mechanisms, and the process is still continuing. Also Demirtaş, who had been identified with his calling that caused the October 6-8 Slaughter, had given four important messages on a TV Show he attended:

By saying, “We had always stated the government’s deficiencies, however some practical steps were also taken. For example, the negotiation law had been released”, he had accepted that turning the government into an enemy had given no results. By saying, “Our friends can be a little more cautious, we are not just the party of the secular segments”, he had put a distance between them and Tuğluk along with the line she represents. By saying, “It’s not necessary for the Third Eye to be international”, he stated that they are leaning towards a formation that includes the Wisemen Committee members; and confirmed that Qandil’s suggestions was not accepted by Öcalan. The fact that Demirtaş, despite no steps being taken by the government after the October 6-8 Slaughter, had stated these words is showing us that HDP is trying to re-adapt to the conditions in the point arrived. Most importantly, he made the declaration that Öcalan had clearly put “disarmament” on the table for the first time and, according to Demirtaş, his words related with Qandil were approving this.

If Öcalan didn’t step in during Fidan’s mediation, then the project, which was the goal of Qandil and the others in the nation and the world who are winking at the “secular powers”, would have been revealed.

Forty days after Öcalan declared a one-sided ceasefire on August 29, 1998, he had been extracted from Syria with an operation, while even six years after the extraction, that period’s Prime Minister Ecevit had stated, “I still don’t understand why they had delivered Öcalan to us”, he had been brought to Turkey. Öcalan had said the following, which starts with his extraction from Syria and continues with his arrival in Turkey via an operation in which the CIA and MOSSAD had been involved, a couple of years ago:

“The October 9 conspiracy is not just an ordinary incident, it should be well understood. In order to neutralize the conspiracy, I had preferred peace, rather than the war imposed on us by the conspirator powers (…) when we rewind the movie and watch it again, it would be understood that this plan was actually seen suitable by London at the beginnings of the 1990s and wanted to be brought to life in an international level. While not much is still known about the Turkey aspects of this plan, the Europe and USA aspect of this is yet to be understood clearly. If we fail to see the international aspect of this, then our evaluations will be lacking.”

In my opinion, Qandil had seen the international aspect quite well, what do you think?
