In a statement Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) said that it has set up a room for students with autism in a preschool in Niksic, the second largest city in the country.

Biofeedback technology would be used in the room to help children improve their symptoms.

Turkey's Ambassador to Podgorica Serhat Galip, Montenegro's Deputy Education Minister Ariana Nikolic and Niksic Mayor Veselin Grbovic attended the opening ceremony of the project.

Nikolic said thanked TIKA on behalf of the Montenegrin government, stating that the project had made a significant contribution to the care of autistic children.

The Biofeedback technology will be able to benefit both children in kindergarten and other autistic patients in the Niksic region.
