Three medics were killed on Tuesday in an airstrike carried out by Eastern Libyan forces led by military commander Khalifa Haftar, according to forces aligned with the Tripoli-based government.
The attack targeted a field hospital in southern Tripoli, the forces of the UN-recognized Government of National Accord (GNA) said in a statement.
The airstrike is "a continuation of the crime committed by Haftar forces against medics, ambulances and hospitals," the statement said.
