First Lady Erdoğan visits International Maarif School in Tunisia

First Lady Emine Erdoğan, accompanying President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan in Tunisia, paid a visit to the International Maarif School, which was officially inaugurated on November 3, 2017.

At the event held on the occasion of the visit with the participation of the school’s students and their parents, it was emphasized that the school would contribute to the strengthening of Turkey-Tunisia relations. The students sang Turkish songs during the event.

Accompanying the First Lady during the visit were Minister of National Education İsmet Yılmaz, Turkish Maarif Foundation Chairman Birol Akgün and Chief of General Staff Gen. Hulusi Akar’s wife Şule Akar. The event ended with a family photo.
