Despite denials, Washington is known to be delivering arms to PKK/PYD terrorists in Syria in guise of the fight against Daesh, since October 12, 2014

The United States (U.S.) has been discovered to have delivered ammunition to the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK)- affiliated Democratic Union Party (PYD) terrorist organization in Syria for the first time on October of 2014.

The first recorded delivery was an air-dropped delivery to PKK/PYD in guise of the so-called fight of the coalition forces against the Daesh terrorists.

Following the United States, Germany was the second known country which delivered weapons to the PKK/PYD terrorists on December of the same year.

As the amount of the delivered ammunition was increased gradually, one of the noticeably largest amounts of weapons was delivered on November 12 of 2015.

The largest U.S. delivery, which provided more than 50 tons of ammunition to PKK/PYD terrorists, followed the establishment of Rumeylan Airbase in October 2015. Rumeylan Airbase is known to be a key point for the logistic support to terrorist organizations.

When it comes to 2016, the U.S. delivered PKK/PYD arms by helicopters, planes and articulated lorries. Some of the largest amount of deliveries were reported to be made on April 8, November 8, December 13 and December 27.

Most of the weapons reached the PKK/PYD terrorists in Hasakah and Ayn al-Arab provinces. The delivery included Kalashnikov and M16 infantry rifles, rocket launchers, anti-tank and anti-personnel mines, cornet fortifications and millions of bullets and hand bombs.

'Front group' to justify US support to PKK/PYD

Syrian Democratic Forces (SDG) was a “front group" to justify the PKK/PYD and the U.S.' support to the terrorists by fabricating different groups such as the Syrian Military Council, Liva et Tahrir, Euphrates Volcano, Shams al-Shamal, Liwa Al-Selcuki, Al Jazeera Brigades and Al-Sanadid Forces.

More than 80 percentage of SDG is known to be composed of PKK/PYD terrorists.

However, despite the attempts of justification of the U.S., some of the delivered weapons were found during the operation in Sur town of southeastern Turkish province of Diyarbakır in a PKK shelter.

The move of the United States is contradictory to the speeches of American officials, as the U.S. Ambassador to Ankara John Bass previously said his country doesn't provide weapons to PKK/PYD.

Ankara denounces the PYD and YPG as affiliates of the PKK terrorist organization, which have been conducting terrorist attacks targeting Turkey for three decades and which is designated as a terrorist group by Turkey, the United States and the European Union.

However, Washington insists on indicating that YPG is their ally against Daesh, despite Turkey's warnings.
