The Turkish women's national volleyball team beat the Dominican Republic 3 - 1 on Thursday in a Pool 5 - Week 3 match.
The defending champions of the Volleyball Nations League won the match in four sets: 17 - 25, 25 - 15, 25 - 17, 25 - 18 at the Hong Kong Coliseum.
Outside hitters Hande Baladin and Ebrar Karakurt led Türkiye, scoring 17 points each. Melissa Vargas of Türkiye added 14 points in the win.
Opposite spiker Alondra Denis Tapia Cruz tallied 14 points for the Dominican Republic.
Türkiye have eight wins in 10 Nations League matches and are third in the preliminary phase standings led by Brazil that have won 10 matches.
The Dominican Republic are 11th in the table.
The Turkish team will next face China on Saturday in Hong Kong.
