The Los Angeles Lakers defeated the New Orleans Pelicans with a 122-114 score, while LeBron James played with 34 points,13 assists and 12 rebounds to have a triple-double.
Playing at Smoothie King Center, power guard Kyle Kuzma scored 20 points as shooting guard Kentavious Caldwell-Pope came off the bench to add 13 points.
In addition to them, three more players scored in double-digit for the away team. Markieff Morris, Danny Green and Avery Bradley played with 10 points each.
For the Pelicans, rookie Zion Williamson finished with 35 points and seven rebounds to become the highest scorer of his team.
Center Derrick Favors made a double-double, tallying 12 points and grabbing 14 points as point guard Lonzo Ball helped his team with an all-around performance, scoring 19 points and getting 9 rebounds and 9 assists.
With this result, the Lakers improved to 46 wins and 13 losses, maintaining lead in the Western Conference.
