A new version of the globally famous Turkish delicacy "baklava" is receiving overwhelming demand from across the country, as it even has renowned politicians and football stars lining up to try the "baklava with a twist." Local chefs from the eastern province of Diyarbakır tweaked the recipe a touch and have introduced "cold" baklava to help you to cool down on hot summer days. Drizzled with less syrup, the summer-inspired cold baklava contains delicate layers of phyllo pastry, pistachio, milk, and chocolate chips. (Courtesy: DHA)
