People are seen walking amid heavy snowfall in Srinagar, Kashmir on February 23,2022. Most flights to and from the region have been canceled due to low visibility and the heavy accumulation of snow on airport runways, while the Srinagar-Jammu National Highway has been closed to vehicles. The overnight heavy snowfall has cut the power supply to majority of areas across the Kashmir valley and two residential houses and three vehicles have been damaged, reports said.
