TurkPatent recived nearly 6,779 patent applications last year
The Turkish Patent and Trademark Office (TurkPatent) received 151,765 trademark applications in 2024, according to official figures released on Monday.
Of total, more than 146,804 of them were domestic trademark applications, the TurkPatent data showed.
The number of trademark applications increased 1.55% year-on-year in 2024.
The office also received 6,779 patent applications last year, up 12% year-on-year.
A total of 2,583 utility models and 37,795 design applications were made between January and December. A total of 98.5% of utility models and 90.4% of the design applications were domestic, according to the data.
