Recep Tayyip Erdogan's meetings are expected to focus on reviewing all dimensions of bilateral relations

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will visit Albania and Serbia this week, the country's Communications Directorate said Wednesday.

During his visits on Oct. 10-11, Erdogan's meetings are expected to focus on reviewing all dimensions of bilateral relations.

The meetings are also expected to address efforts to further enhance cooperation in various areas.

President Erdogan will chair high-level cooperation council meetings established with his counterparts in both countries as part of the visit.

He will inaugurate the Grand Mosque of Tirana, Namazgah Mosque, the largest mosque in the Balkans, funded by Türkiye, with the participation of Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama.

Following this, President Erdogan will travel to the Serbian capital Belgrade to attend a business forum organized with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic.

Various agreements are also planned to be signed to enhance the legal framework of bilateral relations due to the visits.

In addition, meetings are expected to cover current global and regional issues, including developments in the Balkans as well as Israel's attacks on Gaza and the occupied Palestinian territories and Lebanon.
