Residents of northern Syria recently liberated by Turkey’s anti-terror operation getting medical needs in Turkey

Residents of northern Syria recently liberated by Turkey’s anti-terror operation are getting their medical needs taken care of in southeastern Turkey.

Locals from Ras al-Ayn, Syria are able to get treatment at Viransehir State Hospital in Sanliurfa.

Turkey is working to make Ras al-Ayn a livable place again after eliminating terrorists with Operation Peace Spring, which was launched on Oct. 9.

Turkey has ambulances to get those who need advanced healthcare services in Ras al-Ayn across the border.

After first getting treatment at Ceylanpinar State Hospital, near the border, patients with greater needs proceed to Viransehir for advanced treatment.

The Turkish Health Ministry has sent in reinforcements of doctors and hospital staff to deal with the influx.

Turkey on Oct. 9 launched Operation Peace Spring to eliminate YPG/PKK terrorists from northern Syria east of the Euphrates River in order to secure Turkey’s borders, aid in the safe return of Syrian refugees, and ensure Syria’s territorial integrity.

On Oct. 22, Turkey reached an agreement with Russia to force YPG/PKK terrorists to withdraw from the planned terror-free zone with their weapons.
