President Mahmoud Abbas, Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan speak over phone
Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas on Thursday expressed solidarity with Turkey during a phone call with President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
According to Turkish presidential sources, who spoke on condition of anonymity due to restrictions on talking to the media, said Erdogan and Abbas had a phone call Thursday evening.
The leaders also discussed current issues, the sources added.
