Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu released a statement early Sunday about the bomb attacks that targeted the police last night in the Beşiktaş district of Istanbul.
The minister said that security forces have arrested 10 people as part of the investigation into the car bomb terror attack.
A day of national mourning was declared.
