Presidential spokesperson Kalın, referring to the country's refugee camps set up to accept Aleppo evacuees in Idlib, states 'Turkey is waiting for our brothers'

İbrahim Kalın, the presidential spokesperson, said, “Evacuations from Eastern Aleppo start this morning. Preparations have been made in Idlib and Turkey. Awaiting our brothers and sisters," on his twitter account.

A ceasefire was announced on Tuesday in Aleppo where Muslims are suffering massacre, following the talks between Russia and Turkey. However, the Assad regime explicitly violated the truce yesterday.

Then, through diplomatic talks between Turkey and Russia, the ceasefire was re-entered into force late on Wednesday. But this time Assad's soldiers and Shi'ite militias opened fire on people waiting for busses, wounding 3 on Tuesday.
