The PKK-affiliated PYD murdered a 3-year-old child in Syria’s Azaz, and wounded six others
A missile attack by the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK)-affiliated Democratic Union Party (PYD) terrorists in the Azaz district of Aleppo, Syria, wounded six civilians and killed a 3-year-old baby named “Farouq”.
“The PYD targeted settlements in the Azaz district using multiple rocket launchers. Six civilians are being treated in health centers in the region,” said Hassan Ibrahim, a Civil Defense group official in the opposition-held Azaz.
Known as the White Helmets, the Syrian Civil Defense group is active in opposition-held areas of Syria.
The PKK/PYD often attacks the opposition-held Azaz district with howitzers and Grad missiles from the Arab regions that the terrorist organization occupies.
The PYD is the Syrian offshoot of the PKK which is designated as a terrorist organization by Turkey, the U.S. and the EU.
