Terrorists include 4 senior members of terror group
Iraqi security forces killed 12 Daesh terrorists Friday in the southwestern province of Kirkuk, officials said.
They included four senior members of the terror group, according to a statement from the Defense Ministry.
Also, a large cache of ammunition was seized in a shelter near Havice district of Kirkuk, the statement added.
In late 2017, officials in Baghdad declared that Daesh's military presence in Iraq had been all but destroyed following a three-year war with the terror group.
