Turkish Armed Forces (TAF) has said that 45 Daesh terrorists were killed in the al-Bab region of Syria during the ongoing Euphrates Shield operation that is being conducted to sweep the Daesh and Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) terrorists from the north of the country.
During the operation, 47 shelters of terrorists were destroyed, according to the Turkish military.
Intense clashes continue, according to the military sources.
The Turkish military launched the operation, dubbed 'Euphrates Shield', on August 24 to support the Free Syrian Army (FSA) soldiers and the operation entered its 120th day.
More than 1,800 kilometer-square area has been cleared of terrorists so far.
