The Turkish Armed Forces have announced that 119 Daesh targets and 32 Daesh terrorists were neutralized in Al-Bab, Syria, as part of the Euphrates Shield Operation.
On the 136th day of the Operations, the Turkish Armed Forces and Free Syrian Army (FSA) delivered yet another blow to the Daesh terrorist group with airstrikes and clashes on the field.
Defense positions, shelters, command and control centers, guns and vehicles were among the targets destroyed. In the areas cleared of Daesh, 16 handmade explosives were also destroyed.
Turkish Air force also hit 21 Daesh targets in Syria's Al-Bab and Bzagah regions, including control points, shelters, headquarters and vehicles used by the terrorists.
The Turkish Military's General Chief of Staff Office released a statement, saying, “The Turkish Armed Forces and Free Syrian Army are continuing operations to capture Al-Bab."
“Since the beginning of the operation, we have neutralized 2,757 handmade explosives and 43 remote controlled mines," said the Chief of Staff Office.
