Freshly built, so far unused wooden houses stand in the backyard of the St. Elizabeth's Children's Home, a detached workplace of the Slovak St. Elizabeth's University of Health and Social Work in Serednje, Ukraine. The children's home, which was originally a bakery, currently provides shelter to 17 children and 8 social workers, who mostly come from the war-torn city of Mariupol.
