US diplomats hang Russian flag upside down before talks on Syria

In the video, RT cameraman figures out the Russian flag is upside down and points out the mistake to Glen Johnson, Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Public Affairs.It is seen that the cameraman says, "Hey Glen, the Russian flag is upside down so the colors [are] in the wrong direction" and Johnson expresses surprise.US diplomats accidentally hung the Russian national flag upside down where US Secretary of State John Kerry and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will discuss Syria in Switzerland. The white band of the Russian flag is meant to be at the top.
