Turkey's oldest living piranha set to break world record

A Turkish man from the eastern province of Erzurum is seeking to acquire a Guinness World Record title for his 33-year-old pet piranha, which is thought to be one of the oldest of its kind in the country. 'I will apply to the Guinness Book of Records to obtain the title for the oldest living piranha in the world,' Kamil Elmalı, the piranha's owner said. The meter-long fish called 'Dadaş' weighs about 4 kilograms. (Courtesy: DHA)
