A sushi rolled at the Sushi Chef Institute in the United States is the largest on record. Cut into four huge pieces, the Japanese specialty, which is growing more popular in Turkey, included steamed rice, rice vinegar, some sugar, boiled chicken, fish, along with some vegetables and other seafood rolled inside seaweed leaves.
