Turkish Football Federation announces that it will support Aleksander Ceferin in UEFA election in February

Turkish football's governing body said on Tuesday that it would support UEFA's current president, Aleksander Ceferin, at the UEFA Congress to be held in February 2019.

The Turkish Football Federation (TFF) said on its website that it planned to back Ceferin in the UEFA presidency election to be held during a congress on Feb. 7, 2019, in Rome.

The former head of the Slovenian Football Association became UEFA president in September 2016.
