Man City beat Brighton 4-1 in the last match of season
Manchester City on Sunday beat opponent Brighton 4-1 to win the Premier League title.
City finished the season one point ahead of Liverpool with 98 points.
Brighton scored in the 27th minute with striker Glenn Murray.
Only a minute later, Manchester City equalized when Sergio Aguero netted for his team. In the 38th minute of the game, Aymeric Laporte found the net again, which meant a 2-1 lead for Manchester City at the end of the first half.
In the second half, Man City's Riyad Mahrez made the score 3-1.
In the 72th minute, Turkish-origin German player Ilkay Gundogan brought the final goal and the title for the Manchester City.
City won two back-to-back seasons, following 2017/2018 season triumph.
Cardiff, Fulham and Huddersfield are relegated at the end of the season.
