Istanbul club not extend Turkish guard's contract one more year after his two years in Fenerbahçe Beko
Turkish basketball club Fenerbahçe Beko parted ways with Sinan Güler, the club announced Tuesday.
The Istanbul-based club did not exercise an option to extend Güler’s contract for one more year after the Turkish guard spent two seasons in Fenerbahçe Beko.
The-35-year player signed a two-year contract with additional one-year extension option with Fenerbahçe Beko on July 3, 2017.
Güler claimed the Turkish Super Lig title with the Istanbul team in the 2017-18 season.
He averaged 1.5 points in 20 games at Turkish Airlines EuroLeague last season.
