Two Turkish soldiers where martyred on Monday morning in the southeastern Turkish province of Hakkari, when they were participating in an operation against the outlawed Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) terror group.
Security sources said clashes between the Turkish military and the PKK terrorists are continuing in Çukurca district's Dağbaşı, Kale and Seni Tepe countryside areas of the province, where more than 150 terrorists were neutralized over the weekend.
The Turkish military intensified the anti-PKK campaign in the area simultaneously with the operation Euphrates Shield in northern Syria, targeting Daesh terrorist across the Turkish border.
