Turkey holds Visionary'19 Summit, discussing digital transformation, robotics, artificial intelligence

The Istanbul-based Independent Industrialists' and Businessmen's Association (MUSIAD) on Wednesday organized its Visionary'19 Summit, under the theme of "Digital Future", discussing technological issues such as the digital economy, digital trade and the future of cities and natural resources.

Important issues such as industrial transformation, robotics, artificial intelligence, digital rotation, intelligent agriculture, national technology moves, the digital economy will be addressed during the single-day summit.

"The system we repeat as the new world order; new rules, new players, new markets and new models are being re-established through the system of digitalization," said the head of MUSIAD, Abdurrahman Kahraman during the summit.

He said that digital transformation has changed the perception on speed and businesspeople must build new algorithms compatible with the new traditions of this old world.

For his part, Vizyoner'19's Chief Executive Officer Muhammet Ali Ozeken said Turkey, with the right strategy in place, has a great potential in taking a leading role in this information and digitalization period.


He said Turkey's active role in this new era would be important to build a strong future, adding that the necessary infrastructure could be built with Turkey's dynamic population and ability to do business.

Ozeken stated that they would bring entrepreneurs and investors together with the program they created for the first time within the scope of the event and that a very good synergy could emerge.
