The Turkish military said that 33 members of the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) had been killed in southeastern Turkey.
Twenty-seven of the total 33 terrorists were killed in Cizre town of Şırnak province, while the remaining two were killed in Silopi town of Şırnak province and four in Sur town of Diyarbakır province.
The total number of the terrorists neutralized in Cizre reached 397, in Silopi 142 and in Sur 110.
With recent killings in Sur, Cizre and Silopi towns of Diyarbakır and Şırnak, number of terrorists neutralized exceeds 641.
Also, nine hand-made explosives were destroyed, while one weapon, 176 shotgun cartridges, 5 Kalashnikov, two laptop were seized.
The PKK -- designated a terrorist organization by the US and the EU -- renewed its armed campaign against the Turkish state in late July, since when more than 200 members of the security forces have been martyred and over 3,100 PKK terrorists were killed in 2015 alone.
