23-year-old Emer Shehadah was shot during clashes with Israeli forces
A Palestinian youth shot by Israeli forces during clashes in a West Bank village succumbed to his wounds on Saturday, health ministry and local media said.
Clashes erupted in Urif village, south of Nablus, on Saturday evening between Palestinians and Israeli settlers, who were raiding the village.
Emer Shehadah, 23, was shot in the chest with a rubber bullet by Israeli security forces.
Another teenager was also wounded during the same clash, according to the local media.
International law views the West Bank and East Jerusalem as "occupied territories" and considers all Jewish settlement construction there as illegal.
