A cannon ball, fired from an Assad regime-controlled area, hits the rural part of Yayladağı border town; no casualties reported
A cannon ball, fired from Syria on Wednesday, lands in a rural part in the town of Yayladağı of Turkey's southern province of Hatay.
The cannon ball incident is a part of the attacks of Syria's Bashar al-Assad regime forces targeting Türkmendağı and Jabal Akrad.
No casualties were reported in the incident; however, Turkish artillery batteries shells point to the location from which the cannon ball was fired.
Kilis, which is close to Turkey's border with Syria, has been suffering from similar incidents for months along with other border cities, such as Kilis, Gaziantep and Şanlıurfa.
