American president-elect Joe Biden’s claim, “I pledge to be a president who seeks not to divide, but to unify,” during his victory speech went down in history as a confession that reveals the division and polarization in the U.S. Why was Biden, who is among the U.S. deep state cadre, chosen from among several Democrat Party candidates? The global capital groups that want the U.S. to reclaim the hegemonic power it once boasted, especially during Bill Clinton and Barack Obama’s terms, also revealed that the U.S. hegemonic power had significantly atrophied. Almost 100 million votes were sent by post in the U.S elections. It is very clear that former President Donald Trump taking the election results to the judiciary, claiming that “postal ballots involve voting fraud,” is a strategy aimed at presenting the elections being rigged. President-elect Biden will be inaugurated on Jan. 20, 2021. However, the new U.S. president has already launched covert operations due to his top-level relations within the deep organization. In a statement to journalist Mahmut Övür, Justice and Development (AK) Party’s Mardin Deputy Orhan Miroğlu said, “Biden is going to follow a path that chooses the PKK [Kurdistan Workers’ Party] in the Middle East. Pleased with the election result, the PKK attacked Amediye, one of Masoud Barzani’s important centers. This is a sign. The real objective is to siege Duhok, which is close to the Turkish border. He discarded the KDP [Kurdistan Democratic Party] because of its relations with Turkey, and is supporting the PKK. There is currently a siege operation against the KDP, and the U.S. is doing this through the PKK.”

TURKEY-RUSSIA COOPERATION PROPOSED TO SOLVE KARABAKH PROBLEM

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan had suggested to his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin that Ankara and Moscow cooperate to solve the Karabakh solution. As Erdoğan was making this suggestion, he underlined that the Minsk Group, which Russia, the U.S., and France are co-presidents under the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), “failed to solve this problem,” and presented the bilateral method as an alternative. During the phone call held on Oct. 14 between the two leaders in relation to Karabakh, it was reported that Putin expressed to Erdoğan “deep concern about the fighters coming in from the Middle East joining military operations.” In the second meeting held on Oct. 27, Putin stated that “the Russian side is deeply concerned about the continuity of clashes, and the Middle Eastern terrorists’ increased involvement in the clashes.” While on Oct. 14, Kremlin used the term “fighters,” this time he started to talk about “terrorists,” and “serious concern” was replaced with “deep concern.”

In a speech addressing the ruling AK Party on Wednesday, Oct. 28, Erdoğan said, “I told Mr. President [Putin], ‘Armenia hired PKK, YPG terrorists with a $600-salary, about 2,000 of them, as we determined through intelligence, and they are fighting there. They were hired as foreign fighters. They are the foreign fighters there.’ He said, ‘I don’t know about them.’ I am telling you now. Let us warn Pashinyan, otherwise what needs to be done will be done.”

Following these negotiations, the two leaders leaned towards the proposal “to jointly solve the Karabakh issue through diplomacy.” Sources stated that negotiations may, in the upcoming days, carry on bilaterally, paving the way to the development of a non-Minsk model. However, it was added that the next two days must be followed swiftly. Sources said that following the victory in Shusha, Azerbaijan would stop its advance and sit down at the diplomacy table. It was said that Russia stated that Armenia would gradually withdraw from the seven remaining areas. The foreign ministers of both countries held a telephone call immediately after the leaders’ meeting. Very much like Syria and Libya, a joint working group is going to be established regarding Karabakh as well. Azerbaijani officials, who spoke to the media about this warned that they will never compromise territorial integrity, and the only subject to be negotiated at the table is the discussion of the status and cultural autonomy of the Armenians living in the liberated areas.

BIDEN ASKS TRUMP TO CALL ON TURKEY TO AVOID STIRRING CONFLICT

In the statement Biden made as the Democratic Party’s presidential candidate, he said, “Following clashes that have been ongoing for a month, U.S. President Donald Trump must directly meet with the leaders of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Turkey in order to immediately de-escalate tensions, and prevent Azerbaijan troops from advancing towards Nagorno-Karabakh.” Shortly after, he also posted on his social media account that “Trump needs to call on countries such as Turkey to stay out of the conflict in order immediately de-escalate tensions.” Biden made these intense statements as the Democrat Party candidate. He is now U.S. president! Biden’s attitude is a clear indication that the U.S. still considers itself as a world gendarme. The area is one of those that has been under Putin’s control for several years. If Biden, who is positioned as the lame duck, continues to take advantage of his deep relations during this process, then the world is in for some trouble, and more importantly, the U.S. is in for trouble!
