Under an agreement between Assad regime and PYD terrorists, terror group starts arresting youths to hand over to regime forces

The Democratic Unity Party (PYD), a Syrian affiliates of the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) terrorist organization, has captured more than 300 youths from the self-declared canton areas in northern Syria under the direction of Bashar al-Assad.

Local sources said the detainees were handed over to regime forces as they were being detained following a list provided by Assad.

The youths, aged between 21 and 27, have reportedly been fleeing from the Assad regime since 2011 after refusing to fight for the government.

The terrorists raided the houses of 'deserter' youths under an agreement between the Assad regime and PYD terror group signed one and a half years ago.

Under the agreement, youths from areas controlled by PYD forces, including Afrin, would be arrested by PYD and handed over to regime forces.

Following the detention, all 300 youths were taken to Medina Sinai for handing over to the regime.

While the youths were detained under deserter rules, the PYD members were exempted from compulsory military training by Assad.

The youths' families protested the mass arrest, arguing that Assad would send their children to fight on the front lines, essentially sending them to death.
