Turkey is determined to sweep Daesh terrorists out of al-Bab and then the PKK/PYD from Manbij and Tal Abyad despite the cooperation of the Assad regime and the terrorist organization and U.S.'s terror corridor plan
The Turkish Armed Forces (TSK) is gearing to deal a big blow on the terror corridor that United States is aiming to establish in Syria and Iraq by conducting operations in al-Bab, Manbij, Tal Abyad, Mosul and Tal Afar.
The military says it will sweep Daesh terrorists out of al-Bab and then the Kurdistan Workers' Party's (PKK) Syrian offshoot Democratic Union Party (PYD) from Manbij and Tal Abyad.
While Turkey is making all efforts to fight terrorists in Syria, Bashar Assad's regime was reported to have cooperated with the Daesh and PKK terrorist organizations against the Turkey-backed Free Syrian Army (FSA) fighters who were advancing toward al-Bab.
HDP intended to create chaos in Turkey
Turkey foiled the PKK's chaos plan by detaining Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP) deputies including co-leaders Selahattin Demirtaş and Figen Yüksekdağ.
The HDP was tasked to create chaos in Turkey through staging sabotage by provoking its followers across country to interrupt the operations in Syria.
Previously, senior PKK figure Cemil Bayık said PKK supporters must resist against Ankara until April 2017 for the PKK to come out ahead in the new map to be formed after the ongoing operations in Syria and Iraq.
Operation in 76th day
Operation Euphrates Shield was launched in Syria on Aug. 24 to support the FSA.
Since the beginning of the operation, more than 1,300 square kilometers have been purged of terrorist elements, with more than 164 residential districts retaken by the Turkey-backed moderate opposition forces.
