A car bomb attack by Daesh in the Syrian village of Sousian, located to the north of al-Bab, killed at least 60 civilians on Friday.
Reports indicate that 100 people were also wounded in the attack, which targeted security offices.
Of those injured, 41 civilians have been transferred to a hospital in the southeastern Turkish province of Kilis, which lies on the border with Syria.
The strategic town of al-Bab is currently held by the Turkey-backed Free Syrian Army (FSA).
A sweep operation to clear the town of mines, bombs and booby traps is currently underway.
The Turkish mlitary and the FSA also drove out Daesh from the smaller neighboring towns of Qabasin and al-Bezah.
