UAE president to visit Türkiye for 1st High-Level Strategic Council meeting
Mohamed bin Zayed al Nahyan to discuss deepening strategic ties with President Erdogan in Ankara
United Arab Emirates (UAE) President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan will pay an official visit to Türkiye on Wednesday at the invitation of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
The first meeting of the Türkiye-UAE High-Level Strategic Council, established in 2023, will be held during the visit, Turkish Communications Director Burhanettin Duran said on X.
During meetings at the presidential complex in the capital Ankara, steps to deepen the strategic partnership between the two countries will be discussed, he said.
Current regional and global issues will also be addressed, Duran added.
