An assembly convened at Istanbul's Dolmabahçe Palace on security issues upon the call of Prime Minister Binali Yıldırım following the terrorist attack in Istanbul which left 39 people dead and 69 injured - four of them critically - at an Istanbul nightclub just after Saturday midnight.
Deputy Prime Minister Numan Kurtulmuş, Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu, Health Minister Recep Akdağ and Istanbul Governor Vasip Şahin attended the assembly chaired by Prime Minister Yıldırım.
