The number of soldiers wounded in the Kayseri suicide bomb attack targeting soldiers on leave has increased from 48 to 55.
Turkey's Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu has said that 55 people were wounded in the suicide bomb attack that hit the central Turkish province of Turkey early on Saturday.
"Twelve of the total wounded is in serious condition," Soylu said.
The minister also said that eight of the martyrs have been identified so far.
Previously, Kayseri Governor Süleyman Kamçı said that the Kayseri attack was a suicide attack.
Also, in an earlier statement, Turkish Armed Forces has stated that as many as 13 Turkish soldiers were martyred and 48 were wounded in the attack.
