Two Israelis were injured Sunday when a house was hit by an anti-tank missile fired from Lebanon.

“Two people were slightly injured” by an anti-tank missile fired toward the northern Israeli city of Metula, Israel's Army Radio said on X.

A helicopter reportedly evacuated the injured to Rambam Medical Center in Haifa.

There has been no immediate comment from the Lebanese side on the report.

Tensions have soared along Lebanon's border with Israel amid cross-border attacks between the Lebanese Hezbollah group and Israeli forces as Tel Aviv presses ahead with its deadly offensive on the Gaza Strip, which has more than 37,500 people since the outbreak of the Israel-Hamas war on Oct. 7 last year.

Hezbollah has linked the cessation of its attacks on Israel to the end of Israel's onslaught on Gaza.
